Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through Helmetheaven.

2. Applicability

These terms apply to every offer from Helmetheaven and to every distance contract concluded between Helmetheaven and the consumer. Before a contract is concluded, the text of these terms is made available to the consumer.

3. Offer and prices

All prices on the website are inclusive of VAT and in euros, unless stated otherwise. Helmetheaven strives for an offer that is as accurate and complete as possible. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind Helmetheaven. Helmetheaven reserves the right to change prices, in particular where this is required by law.

4. Conclusion of the contract

The contract is concluded at the moment the consumer places the order and Helmetheaven confirms receipt electronically.

5. Payment

Payment is made via the payment methods offered on the website. The order is processed after payment has been received.

6. Delivery

The estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 business days after receipt of payment, unless stated otherwise. Stated delivery times are indicative. Delivery takes place at the address provided by the consumer. The risk of damage or loss of products passes to the consumer at the moment of delivery.

7. Right of withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product without giving reasons. The products must be returned unused and in their original condition and packaging. The cost of return is borne by the consumer. See our return policy for the full procedure.

8. Warranty and conformity

Helmetheaven warrants that the products comply with the contract, the specifications stated in the offer and the statutory requirements. The consumer is entitled to the statutory warranty. For motocross helmets, a helmet must be replaced after a fall or impact, even if there is no visible damage; this is not covered by the warranty.

9. Complaints

Complaints about the performance of the contract can be submitted via sales@helmetheaven.eu. Helmetheaven responds within 14 days of receiving the complaint. If the parties cannot reach a resolution, the consumer can submit the dispute via the European ODR platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).

10. Applicable law

Dutch law applies exclusively to contracts between Helmetheaven and the consumer.
