Not entirely satisfied with your purchase? You can return your order within 14 days. Below you can read how this works.

1. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving reasons. You then have a further 14 days to return the product.

2. Conditions for return

Products can be returned provided they are unused and in their original condition, including all labels and the original, undamaged packaging. A motocross helmet that has been worn, used or damaged cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene and safety.

3. How to return

Register your return via sales@helmetheaven.eu stating your order number. You will then receive instructions for returning the item. Pack the product carefully in its original packaging.

4. Return costs

The cost of returning the product is borne by the consumer. We advise you to insure the shipment and keep proof of postage, as the risk of the return lies with you until we have received the product.

5. Refund

After receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days, via the same payment method you used. The original shipping costs are refunded for a full return; any additional cost for a more expensive shipping method you chose is not refunded.
